Midx is a beta creator workspace that helps users connect TikTok, prepare video uploads, and send videos to TikTok through an authorized integration. By using this MVP, you agree to these terms.

Beta product

Midx is currently in beta. Features may change, fail, be limited by TikTok review status, or be unavailable. Uploads may be restricted by TikTok account settings, TikTok API approval status, file compatibility, size limits, duration limits, codec support, and TikTok's own policies.

Your TikTok account

You are responsible for your TikTok account, the content you upload, captions, privacy choices, AI-generated content labels, and compliance with TikTok's terms, community guidelines, and applicable law.

Authorized use

You must only connect TikTok accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
You must not use Midx for spam, abuse, deceptive activity, unauthorized automation, or content that violates TikTok policies.
You must not attempt to bypass rate limits, security systems, account restrictions, or platform rules.

Uploads and content

Midx may transmit your selected video and post settings to TikTok. You retain responsibility for the content you upload. For reliable results, use TikTok-compatible formats such as MP4 or MOV with H.264/HEVC video and AAC audio. Some MOV codecs, such as RLE/Animation or unsupported QuickTime codecs, may upload but render incorrectly.

Service data and admin dashboard

To operate and improve the MVP, we may store TikTok profile identifiers, basic profile display information, upload activity, statuses, and technical errors. This data may appear in our private admin dashboard for support, debugging, and product improvement. Raw OAuth secrets and TikTok tokens are not shown in the dashboard.

TikTok integration

Midx is not TikTok and does not sell TikTok API access. TikTok API functionality is used as an integration after user authorization. TikTok may change, limit, suspend, or reject API access or specific features.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee that every upload will be accepted, published, processed, displayed with unchanged quality, or made available with every TikTok feature. The service is provided as-is during beta.

Termination and deletion

We may restrict or remove access if the service is misused or if required by platform rules. A full self-serve disconnect/delete flow will be added later; for now, contact us for MVP test data removal.
